Price & Availability:
Kindly be advised that all reservations are contingent upon availability and will be officially confirmed within 24 hours of receiving your booking request. Our prices are denominated in Australian dollars, and any currency conversions will be processed at midnight daily. Given the fluctuating nature of exchange rates, prices are subject to change until we receive full payment.

Booking on Request:
Please note that all reservations are processed upon request. A deposit is required to request the room. Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours of your booking inquiry. If your preferred dates are unavailable, we'll suggest suitable alternatives or promptly refund your deposit.

Payment Terms:
Should an additional deposit be necessary after your booking confirmation, you will receive a notification. However, please note that full payment for the guest stay is prepaid and must be settled at least 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• 1-night penalty charge for late cancellation 7 days before arrival between 1^st JUL – 31^st OCT 23, 1^st APR – 31^st OCT 24
• 1-night penalty charge for late cancellation 7 days before arrival or 100% penalty charge for cancellation 14 days before arrival between 1^st NOV – 20^th DEC 23, 6^th JAN 24 – 31^st MAR 24
• 100% penalty charge for cancellation 21 days before arrival between 21^st DEC 23 – 5^th JAN 24
• No-show will be charged based on the entire length of stay
• No refund will be given for early departure

• Please note that the Children's price is NOT automatically calculated on this portal and will be adjusted manually.
• Noku Phuket Advises all guests travelling with children under 12 to take note of the unrestricted access to the pool directly from all pool villa categories.
• Noku Phuket welcomes younger guests; however, the resort has no kids facilities.
