The Amazing Elephant Experience
Pick-up from your hotel or the airport in Phuket, Khao Lak, Phang Nga, Krabi, Surat Thani, or even from Koh Samui and transfer to Khao Sok. En-route, glimpses of rural life in southern Thailand can be caught.
Upon arrival at Elephant Hills Camp, a buffet lunch featuring delicious Thai dishes is served at 12:00 p.m. Relax with a jungle river canoe trip down the Sok River. Drift along, passing Limestone Mountains and vegetation-covered cliffs.
At the elephant park, learn about Thai elephants and the Elephant Hills elephant conservation project. Participate in the Elephant Experience, interacting with these magnificent animals, preparing their meals, and learning their secrets.
Afterwards, enjoy a hot shower in your luxury safari tent with panoramic views of the jungle-covered mountains. Indulge in cocktails at the “Jungle explorer’s club bar”. Evening entertainment includes movie presentations, Thai dance performances, and cooking demonstrations.
At 8:00 pm, dine beside the rainforest, experiencing a memorable meal. Spend the night in your luxury tent, with mosquito netting and canvas flaps ensuring a peaceful sleep amidst nature.
DAY TWO 24-May-2024
Spectacular Cheow Larn Lake
Wake up to nature's symphony, with birdsong serenading from nearby bushes. As the sun rises and mist disperses over the rainforest-clad mountains, listen to the territorial calls of gibbons. Early risers can enjoy tea and coffee facilities in their tents before indulging in a leisurely breakfast.
Embark on a local long-tail boat excursion to explore Cheow-Larn Lake. Traverse emerald waters amidst towering limestone peaks, likened to the "Guilin" of Southern Thailand. This hidden gem teems with wildlife, including wild elephants, rare Asian oxen, hornbills, monkeys, and even tigers and leopards. Marvel at the majestic mountains rising from the water and immerse yourself in nature's wonders.
Arrive at the floating Elephant Hills Rainforest Camp, nestled in the heart of the national park. Check into luxurious tents equipped with private en-suite bathrooms, solar- and wind-powered electricity, and hot and cold water showers. Indulge in a buffet lunch of authentic Thai dishes prepared on-site, while soaking in the scenic views of Cheow-Larn Lake.
Afterward, embark on a guided jungle trek to delve into the secrets of one of the world's oldest rainforests. Encounter exotic plants, towering trees, orchids, palms, and diverse wildlife. Walk slowly, observe, and learn from the rich biodiversity surrounding you.

DAY THREE 25-May-2024
Flora and Fauna in the Fabulous Forest
Wake up to the sounds of Gibbons calling high up in the trees, whilst the clearing mist unveils the true beauty of the lake. Don’t think twice: As the jungle starts to stir, you could already be out there exploring prehistoric beauty in your canoe! Or do you wish to submerge into the glassy surface of the lake first? Whatever you choose: By tomorrow you will already regret the things you have not done…
After breakfast your guide will invite you to join in on a guided canoe safari into the little channels and side arms of Cheow-Larn-Lake. Take one of our kayaks and start scanning the tree tops for lazy hornbill birds or energetic primates. You will find yourself in heart of the rainforest on a silent adventure – words cannot do this experience justice.
Before traveling on, the last lunch is served at the floating tented camp. Bon appétit, they say; then it is time to return to the pier and move on to your next destination. The real joy, though, this inner feeling of complete happiness, will not be transferred away. It stays with you, right there, right in your heart. What remains is the memory. Untouched. Untroubled.
